Sh ackle Repla c e m e n t
The sprin g r e a r shackle components m ay be s e rv ic e d
with the spring in stalled in the v eh ic le o r when the spring
is rem oved. Inspect shackle components and rep lace
parts as requ ired.
Spring L ea f R eplacem en t
1. P la ce sprin g assem bly in a bench v is e and rem ove
spring clip s.
2. P o sitio n spring in v is e jaw s, co m p ressin g le a ves at
cen ter and adjacent to cen ter bolt.
