2. Connect cen ter g r ille
3. Connect hood latch plate.
4. Connect left ra d iator support gusset to le ft fender.
5. Connect support to le ft fen der.
6. Connect 3 screw s fro m
support bottom.
7. P la c e right fen der in position and lo o s e ly in stall
bolts and shim s at fen d er top to cowl.
8. Attach g r ille upper to righ t fen der bolts loosely.
9. Attach bolts fr o m inside of g r ille
fen d er lo w e r (lim ite d a ccess between rad iator sup­
p o rt outer face and g r ille inner fa ce).
10. In stall rad iator support to fen der.
11. Using d rift line up righ t fen d er sk irt rea rm ost bot­
tom s cre w with fen d er flan ge and attach loosely.
12. Attach righ t fen d er s k irt inner top bolts to fender
underside.
13. Install s c re w fro m underside of sk irt to center of
fen d er flange.
14. Tighten rea rm o st bottom sc re w o f fen der sk irt p r e ­
viou sly installed loosely.
15. In stall snugly rem ain d er of s k irt to righ t fender
s crew s.
16. Tighten righ t fen d er sk irt fron t 3 bolts fro m under­
side to rad iator support.
17. P la c e battery tra y in position and fasten to radiator
support.
18. From beneath sk irt fasten s c re w to battery tray
bottom.
19. In stall bolt and shim lo o s e ly bottom of fron t fen der
r e a r to hinge p illa r .
20. Tighten 6 g r ille f i ll e r panel s crew s p reviou sly at­
tached to rad iator support.
21. In stall rad iator, hoses and shroud.
22. Connect rem o ved w irin g to ra d ia tor support.
23. In stall both head lamp assem blies.
24. Tighten a ll p revio u s ly in stalled bolts, screw s lo o se ly
attached.
25. In stall battery and connect leads and w ire s .
26. F ill rad iator with coolant as sp e c ifie d in Section 13.

28. In stall and secure cow l g r ille .
29. Install windshield w ip er arm assem blies.
FRONT FENDER
10 thru 3 0 Series
Removal
1. Rem ove windshield w ip er arm s, cow l g r ille and at­
taching screw s.
2. R em ove hood and hinge assem bly.
3. Rem ove head lamp b ezel, w irin g and attachments
fro m fender.
4. R em ove screw s attaching fender wheel opening flange
to sk irt.
