T o fa c ilita te assem bly and rem ova l, two cutaway s e c ­
tions " A " (fig . 8) and an operating notch " B " a re in c o r­
porated in the locking flange of the side ring.
In separating the side rin g fro m the wheel rim of the
spare o r new wheel fo r t ir e in stallation, stand the wheel
up with the operating notch in the side rin g at the top.

the operating notch (fig .
