1. D rain cooling system and disconnect ra d iator hoses
and tran sm ission coolant line i f so equipped.
2. R em ove fan shroud attaching screw s and ca refu lly
hang shroud o v e r fan assem bly to p rovide clearan ce
fo r rad iator rem oval.

5. Rem ove radiator

6. Replace radiator, supports, and mounting components
as n ecessary.
7. Install shroud and radiator follow in g the rem ova l
procedu re in re v e r s e o rd e r.

and check fo r leaks.

c o r r e c t torque values.

1. Disconnect battery.
2. Rem ove bolts at fender outer edge upper and low er.
3. R em ove bolts at center brace and hood lock from
radiator mounting.
