5.6.3 Replacing the pulley on the ball screw lower position
Action
DANGER
Make sure that the ball screw is supported with
something.
The sudden drop of the ball screw due the lost of
the axis-3 motor may cause danger.
Loosen the screws of the axis-3 motor sub-as-
sembly to let the axis-3 timing belt free.
Release the timing belt.
Action
DANGER
Make sure that all supplies for electrical power,
hydraulic pressure, and air pressure are turned
off.
Loosen the six screws of the axis-4 motor sub-
assembly to let the axis-4 timing belt be free.
Release the timing belt.
