Concluding refitting procedure
Use this procedure for the concluding procedure of refitting gearbox axis 6 on
Foundry Prime robots.

Action
Apply rust protection Mercasol on the attach-
ment screws after tightening.
Apply rust protection Mercasol on surfaces
shown in the figure.
Apply Loctite 574 on surfaces of the gear-
box as shown in the figure.
Refit the turning disk.
Perform a leak-down test.
Refill gearbox axis 6 with oil.
