Alternate lifting method, with no
need of using a hoisting block.
1 Run axis 2 to -60° and
axis 3 to approximately
+60°.
2 Fit the lifting accessories
according to the figure to
the right.
3 Run axis 3 so that the
roundsling E is stretched.
4 Raise the lifting accessor-
ies to tension the chains
and verify that the center
of gravity is approxim-
ately 75 mm behind of the
axis-1 center.
DANGER
Turn off all:
electric power supply to
the robot
hydraulic pressure supply
to the robot
Before entering the robot work-
ing area.
CAUTION
Always cut the paint with a knife
and grind the paint edge when
disassembling parts. See
the paint or surface on the robot
before replacing parts on
page
219.
Drain the oil from gearbox axis
1.
Disconnect the cabling in the
rear of the robot base and re-
move the cable support plate in-
side the base.
