Use this procedure in order to make the necessary preparations for the removal
of gearbox axis 2.

CAUTION
Always cut the paint with a knife and grind the paint edge when disassembling
parts. See Cut the paint or surface on the robot before replacing parts on page
Action
Unload the balancing device.
Remove the front shaft using the dismant-
ling and mounting tool.
Jog the robot to the following position:
• Axis 2 = -60°
• Axis 3 = +60°
