Action
Fit the motor with guidance from the guide
pins making sure the motor pinion is prop-
erly mated with the gear of gearbox axis 6.
Make sure the pinion on the motor shaft is
not damaged!
Remove the guide pins.
Secure the motor with its attachment
screws.
Tightening torque: 24 Nm.
Apply rust preventive (Mercasol) on the at-
tachment screws and plain washers after
tightening!
Disconnect the 24 VDC power supply.
Reconnect all connectors on motor axis 6.
Refit the cover on top of the motor.
Make sure the cover is tightly sealed.
