Engine Assembly - Removal

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
Notice
If not necessary, place the ignition switch at "OFF"
position.
2. Remove the engine hood assembly.
Note
Refer to "Body" section.
3. Remove the skid plate under the engine compartment.
Installaiton Notice
Tightening torque
4. Loosen the radiator drain cock and drain the coolant.
Notice
1. Be careful not to contact with coolant. If contacted,
wash with soap and water to ensure all coolant is
removed.
2. Use only designated coolant.
3. Open the coolant reservoir cap to help the
draining.
