Voltage related risks, tools, material handling devices, etc.

Tools, material handling devices, etc., may be live even if the robot system is in
the OFF position. Power supply cables which are in motion during the working
process may be damaged.

This can be done from the robot main switch or from a predefined I/O signal
that controls the power to the tool flange. Service works shall, whenever
possible, be done with the gripper mechanically removed from the robot arm.
