6. Adjust the header level by making small adjustments
(1/4–1/2 turn) to nut (A) on each float lock. Adjust each
side equally but in opposite directions as follows:
NOTE:
Setscrew (B) does not require loosening for
adjustments up to one-half turn of nut (A).
a. On low side of header, turn nut (A) clockwise to
raise header.
b. On high side of header, turn nut (A)
counterclockwise to lower header.
NOTE:
Adjustment of more than two turns in either direction
may adversely affect header float.
NOTE:
Ensure a minimum clearance of 2–3 mm (1/8 in.) (A)
between the frame and the back of the bell crank lever.
