Makes a single capacitance measurement.
Makes a capacitance versus time
measurement.
Makes capacitance versus voltage
measurements using a pulse sweep.
Makes capacitance versus voltage
measurements using a staircase sweep.
Places capacitance source values in a
spreadsheet.
Reads the cable compensation parameters for
the range and frequency specified from the
cable compensation file and sends these
parameters to the 590.
Saves entered capacitance source values in a
file.
