Appendix C: Using a Keysight 4284/4980A LCR Meter

This user module performs a capacitance versus voltage staircase sweep. An example of its use is

linear staircase voltage sweep from +3 V to −4 V in 50 mV steps. As shown in the C-V linear staircase
