The Interface Configuration (Ethernet, port-channel) mode command
description
adds a description to an interface. To remove the description, use the
command.

• string — Comment or a description of the port to enable the user to
remember what is attached to the port. (Range: 1-64 characters)
Default Setting
The interface does not have a description.
