6. Touch the Save As pad.
The recipe is loaded and saved to the appropriate location

DOUBLE PULL RECIPE

Double pull mode is required when the bag length exceeds the length
of the platen. These instructions apply to the Ultima ST, Ultima SV
and the Ultima SU. The default double pull program on the machine is
number 32.
1. Load the Double Pull program.

MPORTANT
Loading the double pull program (32) automatically places the
machine in double pull mode, otherwise Double Pull mode
would need to be selected.
2. Enter the desired bag length.
The software automatically sets the platen and registration
roller values.
I :
MPORTANT
If an odd number is entered as the bag length, the PLC
•
automatically rounds the number up one digit and
displays that value in the bag length field.
If running registered film, the film must be in registra-
•
tion before making adjustments to placement.
3. Edit program as needed.

DATE/TIME SETTING

The Date/Time function is the only item on the System Installation
screen that may require change. To get to this screen, go under Pro-
gram Selection and into the Save screen.

MPORTANT
It is not recommended that anything but the date/time be
changed.
From the Main Menu:
1. Touch Program Selection.
The Program Selection Screen displays.
