AIR SYSTEM MAINTENANCE
Check the water level and empty as needed. The air supply needs to be
turned OFF to remove the bowl. Do not install the plastic bowl without
the metal guard.
The lubricator maintains a constant oil-to-air ratio once the oil rate is
set, regardless of the changes in airflow.

MPORTANT
Never fill or refill the lubricator under pressure!

Turn the air supply OFF and bleed the air from the system
•
before refilling the lubricator.
The air lubrication is one drop for every ten bagger cycles. Use clean
non-detergent oil, preferably SAE 10 or lighter. The rate of oil deliv-
ery is controlled by turning the adjusting screw counterclockwise for
more or clockwise for less.
