The film splicer assembly makes replacing film quicker and easier.

1. E-Stop machine.
2. Raise and lock the dancer roller in the up position.
3. Raise the depletion detector arm (low film).
4. Clamp the film of the depleted roll.
5. Rotate the handle, located on the side of the film unwind,
until it locks into position on the film.
6. Trim the depleted film at slot #1 (slot nearest the rear of
the machine).
7. Remove the depleted roll from the machine.

8. Install the new roll of film.
9. Feed the new film through the machine under clamp bar
