A start value (FROM) is entered in the From Deg field. This function
flattens the zipper material in preparation for the knife to make a cut
and also provides a good sealing surface with the film. The Made Deg
is a display of the degree when the action is completed.
Is the Zipper Second Pull Complete degree plus 5°
A start value (FROM) is entered in the From Deg field. This function
cuts the zipper material in preparation for the sealer to seal the zipper
to the film. The Made Deg is a display of the degree when the action is
completed.
The sealer uses heat to tack the zipper material to the film to allow
travel through the machine until a full seal is made in the end seal. A
