17.Assemble the output shaft drive assembly.
a.
Install two (2) output shaft support bracket mounting
bolts # 19A. Tighten.
b.
Tighten two (2) output shaft support bracket mounting
bolts # 19B.
18.Set the tension for the drive belts per the Drive Belt Tension
Adjustment section of this procedure.
19.Install the servo drive guard onto the assembly. Refer to Fig-
ure 16.
a.
Slide the guard onto the sevo drive assembly.
b.
Install four (4) guard mounting bolts. Tighten
20.Install the bag eject assembly onto the machine. Refer to Fig-
ure 18.
a.
Support the bag eject assembly from underneath using
a suitable lift jack.
b.
Raise the bag eject assembly and align it to the
machine.
c.
Install four (4) bag eject mounting bolts. Tighten.
d.
Install the two (2) removed air hoses.
21.Install the stager assembly onto the machine. Refer to Figure
18.
a.
Slide the stager into the machine. Ensure the stager is
secure against the stager mounting bolts,
b.
Tighten two (2) stager mounting bolts securing the
stager to the frame.
c.
Install the two (2) removed air hoses.
22.Reset the machine.
