From the Empty Bags screen:
1. Set Bag Speed to 60 bpm.
2. Press Continuous mode
3. Press Start and note the linkage and proximity
switch during operation.
Linkage should be in the horizontal position. Proximity switch LED
should be ON when the jaws are closed.

MPORTANT
After adjustment at Hayssen, the lock collars should
•
never be touched.
If additional pressure is required by the customer in the
•
field, make small adjustments to the spring tension 1/8
turn at a time. Both springs must be adjusted equally.
Must complete "Home Jaws" from the Manual screen
•
after every adjustment to reset the servo drive values.
