Move the FROM and TO settings later in the cycle if the film requires
some sealing time before the knife cuts the film.
FROM setting is about 20° before the jaw close point
TO setting is the jaw closed point plus 50°
The platen function must be turned ON in all applications and can
occur any time the film is not moving. If the dwell is shortened, the
temperature generally has to be increased.
FROM values range from 100°-150°
TO values range from 250°- 340

MPORTANT
The stripper is not for reverse strip operation.
The stripper must close 20° before the jaws close and remain closed
until 20° after the jaws open.
Typical settings are FROM 110° TO 300°
The stager turns ON at the end of the film pull and generally remains
ON until the next pull begins.
Sets the duration of the bag tapper. The FROM and TO values are set
in milliseconds. The bag tapper removes product from the end seal
area by tapping the package before the sealing jaws close on the film.
Tube air forces air or inert gas into the package. Timing is generally on
during the pull until after the jaws close. The actual timing is depen-
dent on the product being run.
Poker timing is initiated by the dump signal. The FROM value is the
delay from the dump to the start of the poker motion. This value is typ-
