The registration scanner system detect registration marks on the fol-
lowing materials:
• Transparent Material
• Foil
• Opaque, Non-foil Material

EGISTRATION SCANNER SYSTEM COMPONENTS
• Registration Scanner Control Unit - mounted to the machine
frame inside the front door.
• Anti-flutter Ski.
• Scanner Pick-up Unit - Located below the packaging mate-
rial back-up plate on the registration roller assembly and
connected to the control unit by a cable.
• Scanner Pick-up Mounting Bracket.
• Packaging Material Back-up Plate.
The scanner pick-up unit can be moved from side to side by turning the
hand knob or electronically by touching the left and right arrows
beside the Home Film Eye block. The pick-up unit can be adjusted
perpendicular to the packaging material or at a 45 angle. The homing
of the sensor only finds the edge of the film if it is properly adjusted
and functioning correctly.
