CONVERT A DRY AIR VALVE TO A WET AIR VALVE
If an accessory is added to the bagger that utilizes an air cylinder, a dry
air valve must be converted to a wet air valve. To accomplish this:
1.
Loosen the two nuts (1).
2.
Remove the two bolts.
3.
Separate the manifold base between the printer and auxil-
iary air blast.
4.
Remove the In port (2) plug and move it to the end seal air
valve.
5.
Replace all of the O rings.
6.
Insert the two bolts, replace the two nuts and tighten. The
aux air blast can now be used to control an air cylinder
accessory.
