A set period of time that the feedback pulse from the checkweigher
must exceed before any corrections are made. If the duration of the
feedback pulse exceeds the duration of the dead band, adjustments will
be made to the auger turns setting. If the duration of the feedback pulse
does not exceed the duration of the dead band, no adjustments will be
made. Acceptable values range from 1 to 9, where a value of 1 results
in the shortest dead band duration, and a value of 9 results in the long-
est dead band duration.
Limits the final feedback correction to a percentage of the current
auger turns setting. Acceptable values range from 1 to 9 where a value
of 1 limits the final feedback correction to 1% of the current auger rev-
olutions setting. A value of 9 limits the final feedback correction to 9%
of the current auger revolutions setting.
Sets the size of incremental adjustments to the current auger turns set-
ting per step. Acceptable values range from 1 to 9, which corresponds
to 0.1% to 0.9% of the current auger turns setting.
Sets the initial number of required fill cycles to be completed before
any weight feedback adjustments can be made by the filler PLC. This
parameter is only applicable after the machine has been powered-up.
Acceptable values range from 5 to 20, where a value of 5 will allow
feedback adjustments after the first 5 fill cycles. Once the Start Delay
has been reached, the Gap parameter dictates when the filler PLC will
accept feedback adjustments.
Indicates that the filler PLC has reached its maximum adjustment (as
defined by the Max% parameter) for a certain period of time.
Indicates that the filler PLC is currently receiving a feedback pulse
from the checkweigher.
Indicates that a feedback pulse has been received simultaneously on
both feedback inputs of the PLC.
