GAS FLUSH (MODIFIED ATMOSPHERE PACKAG-
ING)
Gas flush is an optional system that has the capability to produce a vac-
uum, partial vacuum or inert gas atmosphere in flexible packages of
high barrier construction. The purpose of gas flush is to extend the
shelf life of many foods.

Gas flows only in the Filled Bag Operation Mode. Gas flows
non-stop until the filling process is terminated by the operator.
