Verify all fasteners are tightened.
Some re-adjustment may be necessary to ensure proper forming of the
quad seal shape along with free sliding of the film.

MPORTANT
Threading the film is easier if the side plates are temporarily
backed away from the forming tube. After threading, readjust the
side plates.
These plates are at the front and back of the tube, and they ensure that
the film does not billow outward - See Figure 6:
. The front plate has a cutout to allow the platen to operate

in the elevated position.

Adjust the rear film plates close to the tube, forming an
even gap. DO NOT clamp the film to the tube.

Verify all fasteners are tightened.
There are four finger guides that may be used or may be moved out of
the way via slots - See Figure 6:
Using or not using the finger guides is a judgment made for each setup.
All, none, or some of the fingers may be used to modify the behavior of
the film as it travels down the tube. For example, all four fingers may
be used to evenly pull the film into the corners or they may selectively
be used to pull the film into corners where the seals are too narrow.

Move the guides toward the corner made by the forming
tube and the forming tube "wings" - See Figure 7:
