Slide the punch assembly off the glide bars.
6.
Loosen the two gripper mounting bolts on the bottom rear
gripper.
7.
Slide the bottom rear gripper off with the hole punch parts
attached.
8.
Loosen the two gripper mounting bolts on the bottom
front gripper.
9.
Slide the bottom front gripper off.
10.
Remove the two adjusting screws and jam nuts from the
jaw mounting plate.
11.
Remove the two guide block mounting bolts.
12.
Remove the insulators, springs, back-up block, and guide
block from the jaw mounting plate.
13.
Slide standard front and rear bottom grippers on.
14.
Tighten the gripper mounting bolts.
15.
Restore machine power.
16.
Turn the hole punch cylinder timing Off on the operator
interface.

IMING
Set the timing of the punch cylinder to stroke out the punch rod just
after the jaws have closed. Verify the rod is held out only long enough
to cut the hole and produce a good seal around it. If it is held out too
long, poly sealant builds up on the punch tip and causes erratic opera-
tion. Also, a hole may be burned into the bag.

AINTENANCE
If the punch tip becomes contaminated with product or film, perform
the following procedure:
1.
Press the Stop pushbutton.
2.
Open the guard doors.
3.
Use a soft brash scouring pad or a soft dry cloth to wipe
clean.
4.
Inspect for wear and replace parts as needed.
MOTORIZED FILM UNWIND
The purpose of the motorized film unwind is to assist the film to travel
over the measuring rollers and down the forming tube assembly in a
straight line to allow the bag to be made correctly.
