1.
Open the electrical enclosure.
2.
Turn the temperature controller On.
3.
Turn the potentiometer to the correct temperature.
4.
Close the electrical enclosure.
5.
After a few minutes, use a pyrometer to check the temper-
ature.
6.
Run product on the machine when the required tempera-
ture is achieved.
7.
Clean the tip immediately with a brass brush when it
becomes contaminated.

Turn Off machine power.
2.
Open the electrical enclosure.
3.
Turn the hole punch heater Off.
4.
Loosen the two clamp screws.
5.
Slide the punch mounting plate back until the punch tip is
approximately 1/8" inside the sealing jaw.
6.
Tighten the two clamp screws.
7.
Restore power to the machine.
The round hole punch assembly consists of a punch rod actuated by an
air cylinder. A steel bushing is fixed in the rear jaw face and a
spring-loaded bushing is retained in the front jaw face. As the jaws
close, the bushings grip the film and seal a ring around the hole. The
remaining tab stays attached to the bag. The punch air cylinder is actu-
ated through a separate timing function set in the touchscreen.
