Test a Recipe

Single Cycle
Select Single Cycle to produce one bag each
time Start is touched.

TEST A RECIPE
1. Touch Empty Bags
The Empty Bags screen displays.
2. Touch Single Cycle or Continuous Cycle
3. Make bags until satisfactory packages are being produced.

MPORTANT
The two most important parameters trimmed are temperature
and placement.
4. Touch Return to return to the Main Menu
5. Once all adjustments are complete, save the recipe.

SAVING A RECIPE

MPORTANT
Saving recipes is a password protected function. This is to prevent
a recipe from being overridden.
1. From the Main Menu, touch Program Select
The Bagger Recipe Selection screen displays.
2. Find the appropriate recipe location and touch the name
label.
The alpha-numeric keypad displays.

MPORTANT
To save the current parameters to a new location as a
•
NEW recipe, select a storage location that is not used.
To save the current parameters as a REVISION to an
•
existing recipe, select the recipe to be overwritten and
save.
3. Type the name of the recipe and touch Enter
4. Touch the Password Entry to Save pad.
The numeric keypad displays.
5. Enter the recipe number and touch Enter.
H A Y S S E
Continuous Cycle
Select Continuous Cycle to run product or produce
empty bags.
To discontinue Continuous Cycle, touch Stop.
