Make this adjustment in small increments until satisfactory results are
obtained.
1.
Loosen one fastener then tighten the opposing fastener
2.
Re-tighten the first fastener.

XAMPLE
To tilt the top of the pull belt toward the front of the machine, 1)
loosen the top bolt a little, 2) then tighten the bottom bolt, 3)
retighten the top bolt.
Each forming tube size requires unique side seal film guides. After
removing a set of guides, a new set must be installed and positioned to
work correctly with the new quad seal forming tube.
This position is set individually for both sides. Two adjustment brack-
ets control the position of each film guide - See Figure 3:
Belts and Side Seal Film Guides
To set the side seal guide position:
1.
Slightly loosen all fasteners on each adjustment bracket.
This allows sliding and/or rotating movements.
2.
Actuate the pull belts so that the belts touch the wear
strips.
3.
Push one film guide bracket against the side of the form-
ing tube while making sure that it is centered on the form-
ing tube - See Figure 7:
