Pressure Switch
Setting - Norgren

1. Apply the desired switching air pressure to the pressure
switch.
2. Turn the adjusting screw with a 0.125" (3mm) hex wrench
until the contacts close.

MPORTANT
One complete revolution of the adjusting screw covers the com-
plete adjustment range of 30 to 150psi.
If the Norgren 4346-01 pressure switch trips, air pressure must change
by 12% from the set pressure, either an increase or decrease, before the
switch can reset.
The Norgren 4346-01 has a repeatability of 3% of the full range of the
pressure switch. After several times being disabled and enabled, oper-
ating at the outer edge of the 3% may no longer be set to trip at the
appropriate pressure.
AIR VALVE AND MANIFOLD ASSEMBLY
The air valve and manifold assembly consists of valves needed for var-
ious machine functions. The valves are 4-way, two position solenoid
pilot operated and they plug into the segmented base.
