Loose mounting screws
Loose or misaligned coupling
Bad servomotor bearing

CORRECTIVE ACTION
Check for supply voltage at drive terminals
L1 and L2 on CLC indramat only.
Check all cables (refer to schematic(s).
Check that all pull-belts and registration
rollers are turned on at touch-screen.
Run servomotor under no-load condition.
Remove overload or replace motor.
Replace servomotor.
Check power and encoder cables.
Check surface temperature of servomotor
40°C max.
Clean surface of motor.
Check connections and power sources.
Tighten screws.
Adjust/replace coupling.
Replace servomotor.
