INTEGRATED AUGER FEED SYSTEM SETUP

MPORTANT
Any unit of measure can be used for the auger; the measure-
•
ments do not have to be entered in grams. Weight values need
to be consistent.
Weight units have to be between 0 and 999.9. Convert the
•
weight unit if the weight is greater than 999.9 units.
Use the same unit for sample weight and target weight.

If the unit of weight used is grams and the target weight is 1100

units, convert the value to the next unit for a value of 1.1 unit.
Use a decimal point value for the sample weight if a decimal

point value is used for the target weight.

To enable the auger feed system:
1. Access the System Installation screen on the operator
interface.
2. Touch the Auger pad to enable the optional auger feed
system.
The pad illuminates when the option is active.
3. Touch Return to save.
To enable the auger checkweigh feedback rate option:
1. Access the System Installation screen on the operator
interface.
2. Touch the Auger CW Feedback pad to enable the
optional automatic checkweigher trim mode.
The pad illuminates when the option is active.
3. Touch Return to save.
The integrated auger feed system is calibrated on the Auger Calibration
screen. To calibrate the auger:
1. Touch the Auger Screen pad on the Options screen.
The Auger Setup screen displays.
2. Touch the Auger Calibration pad.
The Auger Calibration screen displays.
3. Calibrate the auger by obtaining the average weight of
five sample bags.
