MPORTANT
The proximity switch is set at the factory and does not
•
require adjustment unless the original setup is altered.
Machine power must be On for this procedure.

1.
Press the E-Stop push button.
2.
Push the jaws to the closed position.
3.
Lock the crank linkage parallel to the actuator shaft with
a clamp block.
4.
Loosen the two hex bolts that attach the bracket and move
the bracket away from the shaft end until the LED is
extinguished.
5.
Move the bracket toward the shaft end until the LED illu-
minates.
6.
Tighten the two hex bolts.
7.
Remove the clamp block.

1.
Clear all safety switches and Reset the machine.
2.
At the Main Run Screen, touch Manual Mode.
3.
Home the jaws.
4.
Touch Machine Setup.
The Machine Setup screen displays.
