initial setup, the center platen position is adjusted moving the whole
actuator left or right.
The center platen and forming tube support bar should be reset to a cen-
tered, straight-up position whenever beginning set up on a new forming
tube.
To make adjustments:
1. Loosen the mounting fasteners slightly.
2. Move the platen or the forming tube support bar.
3. Retighten the fasteners.

During quad seal operation, the center platen should be installed in the
top-most position - See Figure 13:

forming tube mounting plate while running.
