Stager Orientation: Upside down with cylinder facing you.

6. Install the cable.
a. Insert the end with the short screw into the right end of
the air cylinder.
b. Thread cable around pulleys.
c. Bring the loose end of the cable around to the left side
of the air cylinder.
d. Insert the 7/16"-20 lock nut on the long threaded cable
end.
7. Cable adjustment
a. Screw cable end into the air cylinder until the cable is
snug (approximately 90 PSI). This will provide a
cable deflection of approximately 1/4"

b. Tighten the lock nut.
c. Apply air to the left side of the cylinder so that the pis-
ton moves all the way to the right.
d. Pull stager plates apart and insert the correct spacer
blocks into the alignment hole in the center of the
guide rails on both sides of the linear stager. This will
set the space between the stager carriers.
