For proper delrin guide operation, after replacing any part in this area
ensure the following:
•
The block should be level from side-to-side
•
With the air removed, the pusher block can be pushed in
and out with minimal force.
•
There should be no binding on the piston rod

SLIDE CHUTE
After a bag is sealed and cut from the web of film, the slide chute
assembly guides the finished bag onto a takeaway conveyor. The
assembly is located directly below the end seal jaws. The assembly
consists of:
• shaft
• plate
• vertical position adj. handle
