Start delay is the amount of delay between the receipt of the dump sig-
nal from the scale and the start of the next bag making cycle. Start
delay is required to allow the product to fall completely before the
jaws close.
If product is trapped in the end seals, increase the start delay time to
allow more fall time. Start delay cannot exceed the cycle time
