Use this screen to calibrate the auger. The Auger Calibration screen provides access to the Auger
Feedback screen.

Set the target (required) weight of the final filled bag. Any units may
be used.
Varies the speed with which the Servo motor turns the agitator.
Sets the number of turns the auger will make in one machine cycle.
Fine adjustment may be made from the Auger Main screen.
Enter the actual weight of a measured sample bag. This is used to
adjust the turns to obtain the correct bag weight.
Varies the acceleration rate in which the Servo motor turns the agitator.
Sets the amount of time from when the PLC receives a low level signal
to when the PLC closes a relay contact that is used to signal another
machine to start filling the hopper.
Sets the amount of time from when the PLC receives the low level sig-
nal to when the machine is stopped with a low level alarm.
