c. Verify the resistance so it is felt only when linkage is
in the horizontal position.
d. Repeat Steps 2-3 as necessary.

MPORTANT
Make small adjustments to the spring tension 1/8 turn
•
at a time. Both springs must be adjusted equally.
Must complete "Home Jaws" from the Manual screen
•
after every adjustment to reset the servo drive values.
4.Proximity Switch Adjustment
When the drive linkage resistance is properly adjusted, adjust
the Jaw Close proximity switch. With the jaws closed, the prox-
imity switch LED should be ON and should turn OFF when the
jaw linkage is either side of horizontal.
