MPORTANT
Servo actuator drive alignment procedures require the use of spe-
cial fixtures.
1.
Assemble the Actuator Belt Drive Assembly per bill of
material drawing, except for the following components:
• Drive Link Assembly
• Link Bar
2.Snug bolts (Do Not Tighten) on the Support Brackets for the
Output Shaft.
Two (2) bolts on each bracket. Bolts accessed from underneath sup-
port plate.
3.Assemble the Actuator Servo Drive per bill of material
drawing.
4.Align servo drive shafts parallel using the Shaft Alignment
Fixture.
