MPORTANT
Drive belt replacement procedure is a labor intensive
•
procedure. It is recommended to replace all three (3)
drive belts at the same time.
Refer to Figure 13 Servo Jaw Drive Belts Replacement
•
for all drive belt replacement procedures.
1. Power off the machine. Use appropriate Lockout/Tagout
procedures. Ensure the air supply is zero.
2.Remove the stager assembly from the machine.

a. Remove two (2) air hoses from the stager assembly.
One for the stager air cylinder and one for the end seal air.
b. Loosen two (2) stager mounting bolts securing the
stager to the frame.
c. Slide the stager out of the machine and set aside.
