To center the pull belts:
1.
Loosen the pressure handwheel locking disk and turn the
pressure adjustment handwheel counterclockwise to pro-
vide clearance for the FTA.
2.
With both front doors Open, press Reset.
The belts will be extended.
3.
Turn the pressure handwheel clockwise to move the belts
toward the FTA.
4.
If one belt contacts the FTA first, a centering adjustment is
necessary.
5.
To center, loosen the centering starwheel lock screw.
Clockwise to move right. Counterclockwise to move left.
6.
Repeat steps 3-5 until both belts contact the FTA equally.
7.
When centered, lock the centering starwheel in place by
tightening the centering starwheel lock screw.
8.
Turn the pressure handwheel clockwise another
9.
Tighten the pressure handwheel locking disk.
10.
Close the front doors and reset the machine.
This alignment is factory set. If realignment becomes necessary:
1.
Remove machine power.
2.
Loosen the four alignment screws in the side frame.
3.
Move the assembly so that the belts are in the center of
and parallel to the tube.
4.
Tighten the alignment screws.
5.
Restore power.
