Reset and restart the machine.
LAST ROLLER
The last roller is mounted on the back of the FTA and guides the film
onto the forming shoulder. Adjust the last roller parallel to the rear
edge and the bottom surface of the shoulder. The last roller needs to be
tangent to the rear slope of the shoulder. A good tangent is achieved
when the roller is adjusted so there is no bend or curve in the film
between the last roller and the edge of the forming tube shoulder.

The tube is made of stainless steel and fits inside the forming shoulder.
It is supported by brackets which are attached to the former mounting
plate.
Replace bent forming tubes. A bent forming tube can cause uneven
platen pressure on the back seals and it can cause the pull belts to pull
unevenly.
