Sets the bag length in millimeters (mm). If running in Plain Film mode
this is the desired bag length. If running in Printed Film mode, this is
the distance from the leading edge of one eyespot to the leading edge of
the next eyespot, plus 3/8" to 1/2".

Use a metric ruler to measure distance from the leading edge of
one eyespot to the leading edge of the next eyespot. Measuring in
English units and converting to millimeters may introduce an
error.
Sets the amount of pull belt overpull (difference in speed between the
pull belts and the registration rollers) as a percentage (%). A setting of
100% produces no overpull or underpull.
The higher the overpull value, the greater the skid of the pull belts and
the greater the wear on the belts.
The film loops between the registration roller and the pull belts when
the number is set too low.
The placement value registers the graphic on the bag to the jaw posi-
tion for correct cutoff. Increasing the placement value indexes the film
down the tube. Values near zero cause problems.

Setting up a recipe in Printed Film mode allows empty
bags to be made in either Printed or Plain Film mode.
If no eye spot is located, the warning No Eye Spot
Detected displays.
If the film slips during this mode, the warning Out of
Registration displays.
Plain Film mode allows the film to run without registering an
eye spot.
Printed Film mode detects an eye spot while the film is run-
ning.
