MACHINE OVERVIEW
The packaging machine is divided into two sections for easier trouble-
shooting. The back half of the machine consists of the unwind stand to
the registration rollers. The front half of the machine consists of the
registration rollers to the end seal jaws.
Cleaning with soap and water often solves many major problems.
Always replace any broken parts. Use this four step procedure when
troubleshooting:
1.
Check for dirt.
2.
Check for proper setup by operator and mechanic.
3.
Be sure the packaging material is within specifications.
4.
Check the machine for mechanical or electrical assembly
failure.
