This sets the type of electrical connection between the remote machine
/
and the PLC.
]
Closed allows the bagger to run as long as the external signal is
applied and to stop when the signal is suspended.
Open allows the bagger to run as long as there is no external
signal applied and to stop when the signal is suspended.
Enables or disables the machine to have a perforated cut on the end
seal.
Sets the machine film pull to either single or double.
/
Sets the response, either paced or steady, of the machine signal used as
/
the interface to the feed system.
Paced Fill is used when a pulsed signal is required at the feed
system, and the bagger is the master.
Steady Fill is used when the feed system requires a continuous
signal to provide product to the system, and the bagger is the
slave.
Enables or disables the Accu-Track function.
Toggles between Track Left Side and Track Right Side. The ACCU-
TRACK system automatically performs film tracking on the desig-
]
nated film edge. Because ACCU-TRACK and the registration scanner
occupy the same carrier, when the machine is running registered film,
the ACCU-TRACK position will be determined by which side of the
film is being monitored for eyespots by the registration scanner.
Sets the number of jaw close attempts (1-2) the machine makes before
it stops.
Sets the number of product dumps per package (1 - 20).
Sets the number of bags produced before the knife fires to cut them
apart. Using the saddle bags function produces a string of bags.
