When using this option, the film is overpulled by the length set on this
screen. The jaws close to a fixed gap. The reverse strip length of film
(overpull) is then pulled back. The pancake cylinders fire to make the
seal.
Length - Set the length of the reverse pull in mm
Time - Set time in ms for the reverse strip to occur
Overpull - Set the overpull in percent. This percentage causes
the measuring roller to turn faster than the pull belts during
reverse strip to prevent slack from forming in the film.
The jaw lock degree is timed from the reverse pull complete degree and
is the degree when the jaws complete the close and seal action. If the
jaw lock degree is set at zero (0), the jaws will complete the close and
seal action after the reverse pull is completed. If the jaw lock degree
entered is greater than the actual degree when the reverse pull is fin-
ished, the close and seal action will be delayed until the entered
machine degree is reached.
