Servo Actuator Jaw

1 = Gear Mounting Bracket
2 = Hex Nut
3 = Support Plate

E-Stop the machine.
2.Check the tension of the three (3) servo jaw drive belts
(approximately 1/8" deflection).
If the belt tension is good proceed to Jaw Linkage Resistance
Adjustment section, if not complete the below steps.

5 = Drive Belts (3) each
6 = Approximately 1/8" deflection

MPORTANT
Having these belts too tight will cause improper setup issues later
in the procedure.
a.
Loosen the bolts from under the support plate that
secure the gear mounting bracket.
b.
Loosen the hex nut on the tension block assembly.
c.
Turn the tension bolt In (clockwise) to decrease ten-
sion or Out (counterclockwise) to increase the belt
tension.
d.
Tighten the hex nut on the tension block assembly.
e.
Tighten the bolts from under the support plate that
secure the gear mounting bracket.
f.
Recheck belt tension. Repeat adjustments if needed.
